David Welker will be releasing a new print tomorrow via Spoke Art, entitled “Rising Tides”. This one's a 16″ x 12″ archival inkjet print on etching paper, featuring hand-deckled edges and a custom emboss, with a signed & numbered edition of 100, and will cost $40.
