What forms of payment do you accept?

We gladly accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or PayPal.

How secure are my transactions?

This store is wicked secure. Our payment systems automatically encrypt your confidential information in transit from your computer to ours using the Secure Sockets Layer protocol (SSL) with an encryption key length of 128-bits (the highest level commercially available).

Do I need a PayPal account to purchase from this store?

No, you're not required to have a PayPal account to purchase from this store. You can also use a major credit card (see above).  

I live in Colorado. Why was I charged sales tax?

The store is owned and operated in the State of Colorado, so we have to collect and pay tax on all transactions here.

How are your prints shipped?"

We take great care in packaging and shipping your print to ensure that it arrives safely and securely. All items (unless shipped flat) are rolled in kraft paper and shipped in a Yazoo Mills tube. For those prints that can not be safely rolled, they are shipped in an acid free, archival quality plastic packaging and are shipped flat in an envelope. Everything is sealed with clear packing tape.

What's the lowdown on your shipping?

*Your order will ship within 2 to 3 days.
*For most international orders, shipping costs average between $19.95 and $34.95, depending on location and size of product ordered.

My purchase arrived damaged, what do I do?

While I take care to make sure the art is packed as safely and securely as possible, unfortunate events are still possible in the shipping process, and it totally sucks. Unfortunately, if the item is damaged through the fault of the mail carrier, I cannot refund payment. If the damage appears to be through neglect on my end, I will refund full payment depending on the nature of the damage and attempt to provide a replacement if the item is a print. Each original painting or drawing is of course one of a kind and cannot be replaced.

Why haven't I received my shipment yet?

Though every attempt is made to provide the perfect shopping experience, sometimes even the best intentions can fall short. Kindly send a request through the contact section (support@kickassposters.com) to see about the status of your order.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to most countries (subject to additional shipping fees).

How do refunds work?

All refunds, including any refunds for return shipping charges, will be credited to the payment method used to purchase. We will do everything we can to refund quickly and you will be notified of your refund by e-mail.

Will you invade my privacy or otherwise sell my personal info?

Never. We don't give, sell, or provide your personal info to any other company, person, or governmental entity. We are firm believers in privacy rights and will do everything in our power to protect any and all personal info in our control.
